No 5:30 or 6:45 classes on September 27th!

We are getting closer to fight day, and we are all excited to watch our four fighters step into the cage at Cage Fury Fighting Championships 136 in North Dakota! The boys are in shape and ready to put on a show.
We will have the fights playing at the gym that day; we have decided to have Open Gym on the 27th after our 4:15 Kids Submission Grappling ends, so we will not be having our normal 5:30pm Kickboxing or 6:45pm BJJ classes; this way those of us who are at the gym that day can watch the fights without worry of missing class. If you want to come in and get a workout in before the boys fights, please feel free to! Otherwise, if you aren’t going to be in the gym that day than make sure your UFC Fight Pass subscription is up to date so that way you can tune in at home and catch the action!

Schedule Change!

Starting in September of 2024, we will be making a small schedule change!

Our 4:15pm Family Submission class held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be changing. We are changing this class to Kids Submission Grappling. We look forward to the continued growth of our kids program and helping to further positively shape our community’s youth. Class times will still remain at 4:15 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

C3 Fighters Heading to North Dakota!

We’re excited to announce that four of our fighters will be heading to North Dakota to fight on Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) 136! Sam Footh and Kevin “Aquaman” Gutierrez will be on the amateur undercard portion, Chris “Bad Apple” Vasil will be on the main professional portion of the card, and Bilal Hasan will be fighting for the CFFC flyweight title! The fights will be viewable on UFC Fight Pass, so make sure you tune in and watch the boys put on a show!

C3 Goes 3-0 at War Championship!

Congratulations to C3’s Sam Footh, Kevin “Aquaman” Gutierrez, and Bruce Slattum for their impressive performances last Saturday August 10th at War Championship! All three won their fights in impressive fashion; Sam wins via 1st round body kick TKO, Aquaman wins by 1st round rear naked choke, and Bruce wins his second pro fight by 2nd round TKO! Great job fellas!
