Brandon "The missing link" Todd fought and won three professional MMA fights in one night to capture the Coga Grand Prix title last Saturday. Chris "Bad Apple" Vasil also brought home a COGA kickboxing belt as well with a 3rd round TKO. We are so proud of you men, nice work!

Josh Decker goes for his 3rd MMA Title belt (already has Lumni and Redemption belts) and Chris "Bad Apple" Vasil goes for his 1st kickboxing tile (already has CageWarsMMA belt) and Brandon Todd enters the professional MMA division in a one night, 8 man MMA tournament at COGA at the Snoqualamie Casino saturday night. Super proud of Joey for earning a silver medal at ASC Saturday. Overall, he went 4-1 in the event. great job buddy!
Congrats to Amelia and Olivia on earning their strips tonight! Amelia earned her third stripe for demonstrating 3 mount escapes, 4 guard reclaims, "Mouse Trap" and doing the "5-3-1" fitness test in under 5 minutes! Olivia earned her 1st stripe for showing that she know how to tie her belt, do a forward and back roll, shrimp, demonstrate the top and bottom position flows and show the 4 "Safe" positions from inside her opponents guard. Great job ladies!
C3's very own Miranda "Danger" Granger will be fight for the AXFC World Kickboxing Amateur title against Farinaz Lari at 115 lbs.

Starting next week we will be removing the Tuesday and Thursday morning classes from the schedule. The Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:30 classes will remain the same. thank you.
Due to many requests, our Tuesday 7pm ladies kickboxing class will now be a ladies only - light sparring class. Make sure you have all you gear and come and join in the fun. It's recommended that you have 10-20 classes in before you start sparring.

4 C3 fighters are scheduled to step into the Combat Games cage on August 20th. Chris Vasil will be fighting for the 145 Coga KB title and Josh Decker will be looking to add the Coga belt to his growing belt collection in a 185 title fight. Eugene and Bruce are also fighting in MMA bouts. We have tickets at the gym!
Amazing performances from both Kaden and Todd at AXFC #55. Kaden won his kickboxing debut and Todd came from behind to win the AXFC 185 title! We couldn't be prouder of these guys!
