C3 News
C3 will be closed on Thursday Christmas Eve (Dec 24th) and Friday Christmas Day (Dec 25th).
On Thursday New Year's eve the gym will have classes (Dec 31st) at 10:30, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm only. C3 will be closed on New Year's day.
We will be having a special New Year's day workout/potluck lunch at noon. In order to workout in this class we ask that you bring a low carb item to share with everyone after the workout.

Come support Becky, Miranda, Brad, Jorge C and Jorge G this Saturday at the AXFC. Tickets are available at the gym or online. Make sure you come out to support the team!!!
Rob and Bruce both tested and passed their level 2 kickboxing test. The test took about an hour and a half and although they were tired, they passed with flying colors! Congrats guys now onto knees and elbows!!!
Even though it happened several weeks ago, we would like to congratulate Joey Elzea and Miranda Granger on their victories at CageQuest. Both fighters fought for titles and both came home with belts!!! Miranda won in the third round via arm in guillotine, and Joey picked up an unanimous decision. - Congrats guys - we are so proud of you!!!
