More C3 Success

Diana and Kelsey Earn Level 3 Certs!

After a few months of hard work and drilling, C3 students Kelsey and Diana have successfully earned their level 3 Kickboxing certifications and yellow rank bracelets. Great work ladies!

Ryan and Maya Successful At AXFC "Adrenaline"

C3 fighters Ryan and Maya both had a successful night at the AX Fighting Championships Saturday. Ryan won his match via 2nd round TKO while Maya took home a unanimous decision victory in her MMA debut. Great job guys! 

Katie and Kerry "FistFight" results

C3 students Katie and Kerri had their kickboxing debuts at the "Fistfight" event in Everett, WA at the VFW. Katie came from behind in round 3 to score a knockdown which earned her a draw. Kerry was dropped in the first rd, and had to fend off a very aggressive opponent for the remainder of the bout. Kerry lost by decision. 

We are very proud of both girls, they showed great heart in their fights, listened well and seemed to enjoy the competition. The ladies both now have some skills to work on in the gym and are looking forward to get back in the cage soon!
